Man killed after car hits house in West Yorkshire

A 77-year-old man has died and a 10-year-old boy was injured after the car they were travelling in crashed into a house in West Yorkshire.
Police said it happened at 0930 BST on Rochdale Road with the junction of Farnbrough Street, Walsden on Saturday.
It is believed the car changed direction and crossed over Rochdale Road and collided with the house.
The man, from the Manchester area, suffered severe injuries and later died in hospital.
The 10-year-old car passenger was left with minor injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
