Prisoner found hanged in his cell at Swansea

A prisoner has been found hanged in his cell on the eve of his birthday, the Ministry of Justice says.
The body of Scott Bevan, who would have been 22 on Sunday, was found at Swansea Prison at 0610 BST.
Bevan was only a few days into his sentence for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Staff and paramedics tried to resuscitate the prisoner but he was pronounced dead at 0820 BST.
A Prison Service spokesperson said: "As with all deaths in custody the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman will conduct an investigation."
