Crash woman, 78, dies in hospital

An elderly woman who was injured in a road traffic accident in Arbroath a month ago has died in hospital.
Agnes Ferrier, 78, from Arbroath, was hurt in an accident which occurred in the town's East Muirlands Road on 18 August.
Police confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report is due to be submitted to the procurator fiscal as a matter of routine.
