Man injured in burglary by gang in Newtownabbey

A man has suffered an injury to his face during a burglary at a house in Newtownabbey, County Antrim.
Four men armed with screwdrivers, gained entry to the property at Ballyvessey Road at about 0035 GMT on Friday.
They attempted to tie the man to a chair before making off with a sum of cash.
Police said the man suffered a facial injury and was left shaken by the attack.
