Teen arrested on suspicion of rape in Haverhill bailed

A 17-year-old youth from Essex arrested on suspicion of rape in Suffolk has been freed on bail until 29 February.
A 23-year-old woman reported being raped in Haverhill when police were called by ambulance staff treating her for injuries in Queen Street.
She told officers she had been raped at nearby Murton Slade earlier.
Police want to speak to anyone who saw the woman in the area of Murton Slade and Queen Street between 23:00 GMT on Friday and 00:05 GMT on Saturday.
The two streets run parallel to each other in the centre of Haverhill.
