Body found in Travelodge hotel car park

The body of man has been found in the car park of an Edinburgh city centre hotel.
The area at the back of the Travelodge on the corner of Cowgate and St Mary's Street has been cordoned off.
An ambulance and several police officers are at the scene. Police said it was too early in their investigations to give more details.
The body was discovered at 09:45. Lothian and Borders Police said the hotel was still open.
