Bristol cyclist critical after crash with car

A cyclist is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a car in Bristol.
The crash, involving a silver Ford Fiesta, happened at about 2220 BST on Friday in the city centre.
Avon and Somerset Police said the cyclist had suffered serious head injuries in the incident.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision on St Michael's Hill, near its junction with Horfield Road, to contact them.
