Girl scalded in hot bath in Wythenshawe: Man charged

A man has been charged with child neglect after a three-year-old girl suffered severe scalds in a bath of hot water in Greater Manchester.
The child suffered the injuries in a bath at a house on Cinnamon Close, Wythenshawe, on 10 August.
She remains in hospital receiving treatment for 22% burns to her body, Greater Manchester Police said.
The man charged, a 43-year-old from Wythenshawe, is due to appear before magistrates next month.
