Published: 8th Aug 2012 08:51:00
Tributes have been paid to a young woman who died after three motorbikes crashed in Wigan.
The collision happened at the junction of Fourmarts Road and Hillridge Road on 29 July.
Leah Davies, 19, of Lowton, died seven days later, and will be remembered for her "beauty, humour, wit and immense compassion", family and friends said.
Ryan Smith, 18, also died a short time later in hospital, and a 17-year-old boy suffered leg and neck injuries.
All three riders were thrown from their bikes in the collision.
A statement from Ms Davies' family and friends continued: "She loved life and lived it to the full.
"Her friends and family meant the world to her as she meant the world to them.
"We will all miss her greatly but we take comfort in the joy she gave us and the gift of life that she has brought to others."
Police said an investigation into the incident in ongoing.
