Ulster Bank appoints receivers to three sites

Ulster Bank has appointed receivers to three sites associated with a Strabane-based developer.

The sites were owned by by Dunlix Investments (UK) and Dublin-registered Dunlix Investments (Ireland).

The sites in receivership are in Dublin and Sligo in the Irish republic and in Bolton, Lancashire.

The Dublin site was earmarked as the location for a station on the planned Metro North light rail system.

The directors of the firms are Strabane businessmen Sean Devine and Pat Blee.

They have other business interests which are unaffected by the bank's move.
