Man, 24, thrown through car windscreen in Bolton crash

A 24-year-old man was critically injured when his vehicle hit three parked cars in Bolton.
Greater Manchester Police said the man lost control of his Honda Civic as he drove along Newbrook Road, Over Hulton, at 01:00 BST.
He suffered serious head injuries when he was thrown through the windscreen and landed on the pavement.
A GMP spokesman said the man was in a critical but stable condition in Salford Royal Hospital.
