Man accused of Hatfield flat murder

A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a man in Hertfordshire.
Mikel Cela, from Welwyn Garden City, is accused of murdering Darren Leonard, 24, and conspiracy to rob and is due at Hatfield Remand Court on Saturday.
Mr Leonard died after a disturbance inside a flat in Northfield, Hatfield, on 11 July, police said.
Det Ch Insp Mark Ross said he believed more than one person was involved and appealed for anyone with information to contact police.
