Warrington man John Yates charged with murder of wife

A man has been charged with the murder of his wife, whose body was found in the boot of a car in north Wales.
Police said the body of Barbara Yates from Warrington was discovered in the vehicle in the St Asaph area of Denbighshire on Wednesday.
John Yates, 57, has been remanded in custody to appear before Llandudno magistrates' court on Saturday morning.
The murder investigation is being conducted jointly by the Cheshire and North Wales forces.
