Motorcyclist dies in head-on crash on B4265 in the Vale of Glamorgan

A man has died after his motorcycle was involved in a head-on crash with a van in the Vale of Glamorgan.
He was riding a Honda 600cc machine towards St Brides Major on the B4265 from Ewenny when it was in collision with a white Ford Transit van at around 12:10 BST on Wednesday.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
South Wales Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident or the vehicles beforehand.
Officers are particularly keen to speak to two pedal cyclists who provided assistance at the scene of the crash.
South Wales Police said anyone with information should contact the roads policing unit on 01656 869332, or by calling 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
