Diver critical after sea rescue off Eyemouth

A diver has been airlifted to hospital after he and his companion got into difficulties off the coast of Eyemouth in the Scottish Borders.
The Coastguard was called shortly before 14:00 on Saturday.
One man was pulled from the North Sea unharmed and returned to shore by lifeboat.
A second man was taken by rescue helicopter to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, where his condition was thought to be critical.
