Police officers injured in crash near Banbury

Two Warwickshire police officers were hurt when their patrol car crashed near Banbury.
The officers were en route to an emergency when their car hit a verge on the A423 between Mollington and Great Bourton just before 06:00 BST.
Both officers were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.
The road was expected to be closed for several hours and police are appealing for witnesses.
