Jimmy Choos shoes worth £2,000 stolen in Cardiff burglary

Police in Cardiff are hunting a burglar who stole a pair of designer shoes worth £2,000.

The red snakeskin Jimmy Choos were taken from an apartment on St Mary Street last week.

They were kept in a box with an insurance certificate. Other items stolen included a silver Apple Mac laptop, perfume, photographs and a box containing family souvenirs.

The burglary happened between Thursday 31 May and Tuesday 5 June.

Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen or been offered the Jimmy Choos for sale.

Anyone with information should call Cardiff CID on 029 2052 7420 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
