Aberdeen fishing memorial considered by Fishermen's Mission
Published: 31st May 2012 02:57:35
A memorial to Aberdeen's fishing industry heritage is being considered.
The Aberdeen branch of the Fishermen's Mission is looking into setting up a permanent memorial to the crews of local trawlers.
The city is now involved in processing rather than landing, which is centred at Peterhead, and the organisation wants feedback from the public and businesses before proceeding.
