Woman pushing pram killed in Bolton lorry accident

A woman pushing a child in a pram has been knocked down and killed by a lorry in Bolton.
The woman and child, thought to be two or three years old, were on Bury Road, Breightmet, when the accident happened at about 12:20 BST.
Greater Manchester Police said the woman, believed to be in her 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The child was not seriously injured.
An investigation is taking place into the cause of the accident.
