23-year-old woman dies after Dundalk car crash

A 23-year-old woman has died following a two-car collision in County Louth.
She was driving a car which was in collision with another vehicle at Glenmore in Riverstown, Dundalk at 09:50 BST on Monday.
She was airlifted to Daisy Hill Hospital in Newry by coast guard helicopter but died of her injuries on Monday evening.
A driver and passenger who were travelling in the other car sustained minor injuries.
They were treated in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
Irish police said a forensic examination of the crash scene has taken place.
