'Party stabbing' death in Manchester: Stuart Smith named as victim

A 23-year-old man stabbed to death after what police believe was an argument at a party in Greater Manchester has been identified.
Stuart Smith was found by police with serious torso injuries at about 03:00 BST in Rutland Road, Tyldesley. He died later in hospital.
Detectives believe he was attacked following a disagreement at a party in nearby Devon Road.
A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, police said.
He is still being questioned.
