Body in Brighton flat is 'suspicious' death

The death of a man whose body has been found in a flat in Brighton is being treated as suspicious.

Sussex Police said officers were called to the flat in Taunton Road, Brighton, in the early hours following reports that a man had been fatally injured.

"We are in the very early stages of the investigation," said Det Chief Insp Jez Graves.

"A scene guard remains in the area and officers are there to reassure the local community."
