Published: 28th Feb 2012 15:31:18
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the manslaughter of a man who was allegedly punched in the face outside a Derbyshire railway station.
Ambulance crews were called to Glossop Railway Station in Norfolk Street at 17:45 GMT on Saturday.
Kenneth Stott, 63, from Hyde, Greater Manchester, was taken to Tameside Hospital but died in the early hours of Sunday.
The teenager, from Hadfield, is due before Chesterfield Magistrates later.
A 58-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman, arrested in London on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender, have been released on police bail.
The cause of Mr Stott's death is not yet known and further tests will be carried out, a spokeswoman from Chesterfield Coroner's Office said.
An inquest into Mr Stott's death has been opened and adjourned.
