Published: 13th Jan 2011 12:57:29
A 39-year-old man has appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court charged with raping a primary school girl 15 years ago.
The unemployed defendant is accused of committing two rapes and two indecent assaults on the girl in 1986.
Neither the man nor his alleged victim can be named because of the relationship between them.
The defendant was released on bail, and the case was adjourned until later this month.
