Cyclist critical after collision near Swansea

A cyclist is in a critical condition following a collision near Swansea.
The 43-year-old man was injured when his bike collided with a green Peugeot 206 at the roundabout junction of the A484 and B4296 between Gowerton and Gorseinon.
South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash which happened at 0645 GMT on Friday.
The cyclist, who is from Pontardulais area, is said to be critical but stable.
He is receiving treatment at the University of Wales Hospital, Cardiff.
Witnesses are asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
